You can try weight management and regular exercise. It doesn’t matter if you’re skinny or if you need to lose weight. Regular exercise is a good idea for most people.

Avoid eating fatty and oily foods because they are the number one sources of hypertension.
Fruits, vegetables, oats and whole wheat grains are highly suggested by dietitians for people who want to reduce or treat their high blood levels.
Salty foods should also be avoided because studies have shown that people who have reduced salt intake are less likely to develop hypertension rather than those people who are constantly having salt in their diet.
