Default Terms
Return Policy for Non-Digital Deliverables

  • You are limited to a maximum of 1 “open” bottle per a supplement for refunds. Any number of “unopened” bottles, kits or products may be returned only if they still contain the product(s) within their factory sealed containers.
  • You have 365 days from the time your product was shipped to return it. Returns that are received after this 365 day period are not valid for a refund.
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable

Return Procedure
To process your return, all steps must be completed. We will disregard the refund request if these steps are not completely followed:

1. Please request an RMA number(Return Merchandise Authorization Number). You can do so by submitting a help desk ticket request. The outside of the package must contain this RMA number. We will discard the package and disregard the return if the RMA number is not included. Shipping fees are not refundable.

2. This RMA number will be valid for 14 days. Returns must be postmarked before the RMA number expires. Otherwise your refund is voided.

3. In order for a return to be valid, you must ship back your order [bottles or packages- empty or not] in the factory containers along with a completed return form.

4. Any product or kit ordered may be returned only once.

5. Returns and refunds will be processed within 30 days. Funds will be returned through the payment form used. However, if the particular form of payment, such as a credit card, is no longer available, then the payment will be issued with a check.

6. It is highly recommended that you use certified mail with a tracking number. This will allow you to keep track of your shipment and have proof that it was delivered to our company. If there is an issue where the package did not arrive and you do not have any proof that the package was delivered, we will not issue a refund.

7. After mailing the package and form, please notify us via our help desk so that we can initiate the processing of your refund.
